Once you know how to climb into people’s head over the phone, many times, they will actually walk over broken glass to BUY whatever it is you are selling.
They do for me and here is one tiny eensy-weensy idea.
Here’s an idea you can implement RIGHT NOW
Call me sometime. And yes, I actually answer my own phone.
Goal #1
I want people to gladly and freely offer me money.
Goal #2
I insist that before I allow them to ASK ME, “Joe, I am ready buy will you tale my CC card,” before that, I get people to feel COMFORTABLE with making a decision with me.
Please, let me say this again, that way, this subtle little ball of dynamite can lodge directly into your big fat beautiful skull.
I said, I want people to feel COMFORTABLE in making a decision with me.
That’s right. You can actually flip a switch in people’s brain and get them to equate COMFORT with making a (buying) decision with you.
How?
I can’t tell you.
Nope.
In fact, wild horses could not drag this fat-dragon of a julep idea out-uv-me.
Why? Because you all will laugh at me and say, “C’mon Mr. Joe, this can’t be, too simple, won’t work.”
“No we won’t Joe, we all love you Big Man, TELL us!”
Well, aaalright. Shut up and listen.
This TECHNIQUE guys, and Lord knows it’s not a SECRET because this salesmanship trick is old. But the technique is easy.
All I do is validate and I AGREE with something that they already did more than once.
It’s not a compliment.
This is not, “you’re a fox babe, let me buy you a drink.”
It’s subtle and most people MISS what you are doing.
“You are in Melaleuca?”
She says, “You bet I am. Ru$$el Paley enrolled me!”
(inside Joke, forgive me)
I say
Cool company. I know for a fact that 96% of their first timer buyers always buy again. I like their shampoo.
Later on, within our SEVEN (7) minute call
From there, if I get her talking about the weather I will bring up winter and ask her what kind of CAR she drives. (think heavy snow)
“Oh, I drive a beefed up Dodge Dakota 4 X4. It’s red of course!”
I say.
Never drove one of those beast’s. ONLY because I could not afford one.
We BOTH chuckle and snicker at my own childishness and I add, “no seriously, those are slick trucks. I always liked the front-ends on those.”
I also might toss in, just to BIND her to me, “yeah, by buddy drives one of those.”
Quiz: WAS that LAST sentence a bogus compliment or validation?
{hint} Learn the difference BETWEEN a compliment Vs. Validation.
Trust me. Up on people’s scale of needs, validation is UP there.
Listen guys, I have said this in earlier notes to you, but STOP being a PROFESSIONAL. Relax. Have a beer or two if that’s what you need to wind down, before you start your evening of calls.
People can that professional red-tie crap anywhere and many times, they sit next to big hairs like that at work. They certainly don’t want those kinds of guys next to them in MLM.

Now, back to technique # 304
I swear to you, little itsy-bitsy TECHNIQUE relaxes people.
By validating someone’s BUYING decision on something else that bought, elsewhere, without you, you are really saying
I am just like you.
We both agree a lot and buy the same stuff.
We have much in common. Almost like family.
We tend to THINK like each other.
By doing this, the suspect will feel “at home” and cozy with you, discussing their buying options.
MAYBE she doesn’t have $1,500 to join your deal.
But, because you relaxed her so well, she will offer back, “I do want to get started, but I only have $800 in my pocket.”
I wanna join with you. I just don’t have all of the money.
And BECAUSE you relaxed her, she has the comfort zone to keep it real with you. And of course, many times, they will actually tell you what YOU have to do to CLOSE THE SALE.
Guys, this is not manipulation.
People who suggest that this sort of wordsmith GENIUS is, then they probably are jealous because of your innate ability to COMMINCATE with grace.
Super Action Initiate Sage
And that my Super Pioneer Sage Initiate, is exactly what this type of coaching is.
It’s social grace and networking FITNESS.
Now with that said, please allow me to leave you with this thought.
“IF YOU were making $25,000 per month and making that pretty much with your eyes closed, how EXACTLY would your phone persona change?”
Consider this.
Think.
If in fact you were making HUGE CHUNKS of money, the care-free “how you do’in Bro” would HOP OUT more often.
And you gals? You are allowed to TEASE us men.
Tease in the sense of how you did to us in grammar school.
No underlying adult male-female thing.
Just loosen enough to smack the guys around like they were your brothers.
So get to that place. Be AUTHENTIC.
Why?
Because the closer you move closer to your real self, the MORE you will attract people.
Why?
Because most people are so caught in social b.s. TRADITION, that those that are authentic and just themselves, are found to be attractive by society at large.
NOW you know the SECRET of television reality shows.
In reality shows, most of them are authentic people just being themselves. Which sells today in a society where so many people are pretending to be someone else.
Cool once you can see all of this stuff.
Now go make me happy and go RULE the world.
You want POWER and DOMINION and it shall be so.
All opposed?
Good then, motion carried.
I deem you RULER of the world.
PS: It’s okay to think BIG.
Why? Because you can’t DO what you FIRST can’t see. And if you SEE BIG then you will allow yourself to DO big.
